Top-Up Training has now been replaced by Refresher Training

The SIA have released the new Door Supervisor Refresher training, replacing the existing Top-Up training.

It  is now mandatory to take a Refresher course in order to renew your Door Supervisor Licence.

Why has the top-up training been replaced?

The SIA have stated the new refresher courses will be replacing the online and in-person top-up training courses in order to provide a more comprehensive, practical and relevant approach to renewing your licence.

New Refresher courses will also include important core modules covering terror threat awareness and dealing with emergencies.

You must also have an up-to-date Emergency First Aid at Work qualification before you can take the Refresher training. Here at Vistech, we provide you with the relevant First Aid training on the first day of your course, so you can gain your certification before undergoing the Door Supervisor training.

Discountinued SIA Door Supervisor Top-Up Training in Middlesbrough

The SIA Top-Up Training for Door Supervisor training was for those who were working as a Door Supervisor and needed to renew their SIA licence.

New introduced to SIA Licensing in April 2021 became a central part of daily life for security professionals. Licensed security professionals were required to take Top-Up Upskill Training to make sure had the knowledge when renewing their SIA Licence.
