How long is a Personal Licence valid for?
A Personal Licence doesn’t have an expiry date and now lasts forever. Previously licences used to last 10 years, so if you have an older licence, please check if it has an expiration date and renew where necessary. Despite no expiry date, a licence can be surrendered, suspended or revoked if an establishment is found to be operating outside licensing law.
