Completing the Highfield Level 2 Award for Personal Licence Holder Training in Middlesbrough will see you achieve an industry-recognised qualification. Any business licensed to sell alcohol, including small pubs, retailers, large nightclubs, cafes, restaurants, hotels and sports facilities, is required by law to have at least one personal licence holder. To become a personal licence holder, an individual should obtain a regulated personal licence holders qualification.
